Hello,

This follows on from my previous post about swopping alloy wheels from a 1989 230TE to a 1994 220TE with steel ones.

Do the bolts migrate with the wheels, or are they particular to the car?

Thanks,

The bolts for alloys are never the same length as the steel ones, or very seldom.

The thing to check is push the bolt through the wheel hole, and you need 18mm roughly protruding from the rear
