Probably a very stupid question but are the centre caps on Mercedes Wheels all the same size?

No… depends upon the wheel and if genuine or not.

Mine had peeled very badly on the W251. I got replacements of ebay - non genuine but they were better quality than what was on there.

No the older ones are 75mm,, and If you buy aftermarket off Ebay remove the retaining spring, it makes it easy to fit them ...leave it on and you just might damage them..Looks like yours are 75mm also
