Wheel centres that don’t disintegrate!

Just after some advice, apart from OE ones, can anyone point me in the direction of decent wheel centres please which don’t cost the earth?

the last 2 sets I’ve got (blue standard ones) off eBay and the like have lasted one winter and been all corroded after - these are for my winter alloys... I fancy some of the black new versions... suppose I could always lacquer them...

Are you using acid wheel cleaners ? My eBay ones last for years

I think twelve months is the longest you are ever going to get out of them, even the OEM ones, so you might as well carry on with the ones from Fleabay and save a couple of quid.

Ebay wheel centres last well for me, the set I have now were bought nearly 4 years ago.

nope non acidic ones..not had any issues with the oem ones or equally on any diamond cut wheels using the same techniques/products... it’s like they had no protective cover on them...

trying to work out which are which as those sold as genuine really aren’t!!!!

ok I’ll try some more... for a tenner I should just shut up and move on

Clear lacquer as you said should improve things.
