Wheel nuts

Can anyone help please. Just had 4 new tyres put on my 1997 300 TD Estate. On taking out the wheel nuts, one snapped off and most of the others are worn. Tried sourcing them on E-Bay but they look different, I was advised by the garage to change them all. They are nearly £3 each from mercedes so that adds up to £60 for wheel nuts. Does anyone know where I may get them a bit cheaper. Thanks.

Many firms like Top Gear seel the correct 12mm bolt for £1 each and chrome plated at that
