Can anyone advise me what the best wheels would be for a 190E 2.0?

the wheels that were on when it left the factory, probably. 15", either steel or alloy. you can fit 16" wheels of either type ... but when you start getting into diameters above this, you have to consider the wheels snagging on the bodywork etc. check that whatever wheels you intend to use have the correct offset.
