hi i,m thinking of upgrading my original wheels on my S500l 2001 to bigger ones,but i don,t want to spoil the beautiful ride can anybody tell me how big i can go and what tyres i would need?

You can go 1" bigger, over that and it bumperty bump on every match stick.

Mine came with 18" wheels, and ride is perfect. Hardly feel any bumps at all. 19" still good compared to most cars but the ride definitely suffers.
