Elgringo. thanks for your advice. But where abouts do I find the spark plugs and Coil Pack? You said at the bottom of the engine area. Do I need to jack the car up to reach it or can I access from the top. Can you provide a description so that I know what to look for. Or can anyone else help. Thanks....Sorry for sounding a bit thick but I've never worked on a German car before. Japanese cars seem much simplier to work on....

THANKS...

Do I need to reset the ECU?

Can anyone advise me whether I need to get the ECU reset to switch off the Engine Management Light on the dash after I've changed the Coil Pack or will it reset itself back to normal and switch itself off automatically?

Thanks.
