Where can I get an MB key fob?

I want a plain, old fashioned MB key fob - leather, with the three pointed star.

My local stealership is quite happy to sell me something for forty quid that looks like it has been hand wrought out of unobtanium by elves, but nothing simpler.

Anyone know where I could get one?
