Where to position toll tag?

Hello, please can anyone advise where to position a Liberté toll tag on the windscreen of our E-class estate? It's 2017 registration and has no speckled area around the rear screen mirror to indicate where to position the tag. Thanks

First time you use it hold it next to the mirror. If it works stick it there.

It should work ok ..I stuck mine there and I can’t imagine it won’t work...

You can always just wave it around outside the window..

Mine is just next to the rear view mirror, just outside the black dotted area (just to be safe) and it works fine for both the Liber-T (France) and Telepass (Italy) boxes.

Oh good, do you have it on the driver's side of the mirror or the passenger's side? Thanks.

Passenger side , because the scanner at the tolls is on the left . And so the driver doesn't have to look at it .

Actually it's on my (driver's) side. That's because I want to be reminded, when I get out of the car, not to leave it there! And it works just fine where it is on that side.
