Hi there, I was wondering if there is an easy way to determine what version I have. I want to buy a tv tuner that goes with my command unit. I have C320 2001.

Thanks for that, I'm a newbie to mercs, could you advise me on what part number that would be, or a good website that explains what I need, or even a link to a product

Mine plays DVDs but have never used it. I can't work out when I would want to sit in the car playing a DVD. Lots of cheap portable ones you can use in hotels.

Ok I have only driven my SL 2k miles and I too could not think about a DVD, as I said I have not turned the TV on yet. Sometimes in the silence of driving the MB thats all I need

You have a Comand 2 in your car. This unit is a CD based one and can play DVD's with the addition of either the TV tuner (which as Malcolm says is rather expensive) or a multimedia adapter. In both cases you will need to add a cheap in car DVD player which can be sited under a seat. The DVD will display on the comand screen.
