Who knows or has STARDIAGNOSE?

apparently you can activate some extra features with this diagnostic kit that they use at the dealers. Anybody have access to this wizardry / expertise?

I would have though yours would have this anyway. My 210 has gallons remaining and all the 211's (can't remember on the Cs) I have driven had auto fold mirrors - I think as standard. Your top of the line C should do all this too.

some items cant be accessed dependant on the options installed. auto fold comes with the convience set up. if you car hasnt got leccy seats and such like you will not be able to access the auto fold on lock command thru the diagnostic menu. dont know why?

am currenlty looking into a device but it costs a few quid. will get more info and let people know.

if you have the auto lights or headlamp assist whatever they call it you can have rain sensing wipers activated thru this tool tho. you can get your COMAND dvd regions unlocked too. so it plays any regions dvds.

it will remove the speed limiter that mercedes factory set. however mercedes point out, that by doing so you risk driving beyond the design paramters of your particular vehilce and will only recommend you do this when you have upgraded the engine, wheels, brakes, tyres, aero bits etc.

should anyone be interested, mercedes do a nurburgring kit, and this has all the above ready for the limiter removal. costs about £15k. pointless if you ask me.

He has never posted back or been on line since, what a shame, I wonder if hard times in his business had something to do with it
