I think the off set maybe too small, however I'm sure a few other members will pop up with the definitive answer.

if the offset is too small, can you fix that with spacers? or am i now on the wrong track?

You could go along that route, just be very careful as MB wheels are Hubcentric, i.e. they centre on the Hub, not with the bolts. So any spacer (or replacement wheel) has to be Hubcentric as well otherwise you will have bad vibration.

If the Brabus wheel is specified for MB then they will fit correctly.

Guys i think that this explains the vibrations in my c class. I have got 5 mm spacers on the rear wheels and find that this is very shakey on the motorway.
What is hubcentric and where can i get the hubcentric spacers from?

Hi,

I doubt that these will fit without the use of spacers as the straight conversion for the 8J will require an ET35. In my experience, having fitted 8Js to our S210 avantgarde there is precious little space left to clear the suspension with the standard offset that equates to the ET35 on the 8J. If you want to fit yours with spacers then obviously you need 5mm (or 6mm) spacers. Don't forget that you will need the correct length bolts as well as the standard ones will be too short. I'm not sure if the bolts come in a convenient 5/6mm extra length and you may have you buy longer still bolts and cut them down.

So they DO fit

Here's finally the result. And thanks for all the advise, but in the end it was just a straight bolt on and not as difficult as some expected!!!!
