Wind noise

Hi I've just bought a 2005 cls 320, the passenger front side window rattles when the door is shut. I've noticed it is loose and has a wind noise. You can hold the glass and move it. Any ideas please.

Are all the runners still in place. Has the car had a window replacement and the wrong one fitted.

Window regulator not working correctly. Does the window drop slightly when you open the handle? And does it go up a little bit when the door is closed?
