Window or door adjustment

I replaced my window seal on my W124 coupe and it still leaks air from the bottom of the ”B-Pillar” (not really a pillar, just the part where the front window meets the back window”. Should I adjust my front window, or my door? How can these be done? The gap is only around a millimeter wide but the noise is greater than you’d think, especially when driving on high speeds.
