Window regulator.

Hello. I’ve my late mothers 2015 E220 CDI AMG Sport Cabriolet. It has an issue with the passenger side window regulators. When opening door with the top up the regulators work as normal dropping the screens a fraction to allow the door to open but refuse to go back into place automatically and have to use the switches manually. With the top down and when closing the rear quarter goes into place automatically but the door window doesn’t close at all and has to be closed manually! Regs otherwise seem fine and im wondering if there’s a sticky or failed switch somewhere? TIA Chaps. All the best.
