window stopped working

Hi, My window has stopped working. I can hear the motor but wont go up/down.
Any ideas pls?
I have manually pushed it up.

The window fits into a channel that is connected to the motor.If the window comes out of the channel then you need to remove the door trim and re-attach the glass.You may need a new channel rubber but make sure the glass is pressed in carefully and check it's fully home. It could also be just where the motor connects to the channel.You need to investigate visually.
