I have recently bought my second B class, lovely car, A B22 AMG line ED Executive, however I have a few queries that MB do no seem able to give assistance.

1) When I am in the car, say in a car park, waiting for someone, I cannot lower my window without the engine on. Is there a way around this?

2) My new car has moved on a pace from my last one and so has no CD player, my daughter loaded a huge amount of music onto my phone as files. She uses this in her Citroen. Mercedes say I cannot call up this music through the MBUX system and have to use the phone controls or use an app like Spotify. Is there a way to get the menu of the files on the phone up on the MBUX system.

1) Ignition to key position two (press stop/start button once without your foot on the brake)

2) This is correct, unless you use something like carplay etc. You can load a playlist on your phone and then skip tracks or pause/play from the MBUX system

Unfortunately I use android, I thiught Android Auto might do it.
