Windows won't move. HELP!!!

Hello,

"1985" Mercedes 300D Turbo.

My driver's front window and my passenger's rear window are open. none of the 4 windows wil move (up or down) when actuated. I have checked the fuses in the engine compartment fuse box and they are good...replaced them any way. Windows still do not move. Swapped the window toggle switches on the console and still no fix.

Is there a window relay that could be bad? If so what is the location?

There are a bunch of relays on my w124 under the rear passenger seat that 'click' when I operate the windows so I can only assume that they operate the windows.
