just tried to reset my drivers window. I have lowered the window and held the button down for a little longer than ten seconds and now it wont go up at all.

Its normally only done in the up mode, hold the switch in the up mode a little longer, if no joy disconnect the battery wit 15 mins and start again

Do you have the close windows feature using the keyfob?, if so, try using it to close all windows and hopefully it will reset the system.

ps......... Try pressing the window 'up' switch only partly down, so that you are not activating the 'auto' part of the switch movement. Once the window is fully up, continue holding the switch for a further few seconds.
