windscreen washers

The windscreen washers on my e240 2001,are not working, pumps working ,water pours out when you open bonett fully,i notice in previous forum that you can take the plastic covers off and reinstall plastic tubes, but i cannot work out how the plastic housing comes out,i noticed 2no clips inserted in the plastic but not sure if that is how you remove it,dont want to break it!!
Can any one help please!!!!!!!!

One of the pipes has come off, the nozels come out by either moving backwards or forwards to relase the retaining lugs.

Put the bonnet up into the service position, you should then be able to see the black oblong plastic cover under the bonnet. There are clips on it but you can prise it off from the bottom with your fingers without breaking it.
