Wing repair or replace

I have rust on the arches of a 280SL 1968, should I have the wings replaced or have them repaired - can you get arch repair panels ? :?

I had very bad rust on my rear arches on my merc 190 cosworth so instead of getting the whole rear q/panels i ordered sum replacement arches from a comapny called Hadrian panels Ltd based in wales try searching for them on the net thats how i got to know them. Arches cost me £10 each.
