Wiper Missing Park Of Screen

On a 1996 E class, single Arm Wiper. The bottom section of the screen is getting missed. Is it just a new wiper blade to fix or a common fault.

I would have looked to see if the blade was fitted correctly, if you lift the arm the blade should be quite loose and make sure the the blade will move freely towards the the bottom of the screen
