Wiring diagram for cd changer fitting wanted

Anyone on the list able to let me have a copy of the wiring diagram for a genuine MB fibre optic changer to connect to the audio 10 head unit. I have the fibre optic cable and the loom for the changer. Its the connection of the loom to the head unit that has me in the dark. Loom has plug at the changer end and black blue and brown wires that would appear to be linked to the head unit(black and brown wires appear to have female push fit connectors, blue is just a bare wire). Do they go in the existing head unit multiplug, and if so, what wires go in what connectors??

Any help on this gratefully accepted.
