Anyone got a quick cure for this?
I got in the car/oven this afternoon and noticed the temp gauge reading 36.5C!.. well i guess its summer, anyway I indicated right only to find that the whole steering wheel shroud including the cruise and indicator stalk moved from a stalk position of 9 o'clock to 10.30 ish (you know what I mean) before the stalk actually moved!
On reading elsewhere it seems this is a 210 oddity that happens in very hot weather as the glue they use to hold the shroud in place softens when its very hot, making the unit wobble about whenever you try to use the indicators. Anybody got a quick fix for this.. or should I just wait until Saturday when Autumn starts
I thought they were supposed to test cars in extreme temperatures.. MB obviously didn't go to Weybridge LOL!!
