Hello!

I'm writing from Finland. I have a very old Mercedes-Benz 190E (1988 model) and the reason I am writing on this GB-post is that I am wondering does Britain have any good shops where I could order some wood panels (or decals that look like wood) for my W201 dash board?
We definately have nothing here in Finland and with the exchange rate and everything I thought it might be a good idea to shop for some in Britain.

Thank You so much already in advance! :D

Hi! Welcome to the forum :)

You could try these people.

If you don't see anything on the website, give them a call I have found them very helpful.

Good luck :)

Thanks, "Roofless"!

We have lots of those raindeer here!
That Europarts store had some wooden trims at fairly reasonable prices. However, I realized that somehow we are different over here in Scandinavia: we drive our Mercedesses from the left! Do you think they would stock any wood trims for us odd folks?

Hello and welcome,, I would have thought the Ebay USA or Tyskland would be a good bet for wood trim.

I agree in your signature with some points, German car yes, Finnish house, I had one in Sweden built by Kontio, and yes the best in the world. Re the woman thing,,I have had 2 UK versions, 1 from Ireland and 1 from Sweden. I have not tried a Russian version yet:D
