Nope, offset (ET) is wrong. Should be 46mm all round or 44m front and 46mm rear with staggered wheels.

My set up is 245 45 18 tyres on 18x8 rims Et44 all round. Lower ETs mean that the wheel will stick out more so you would need to avoid the tyre catching the body over bumps. Here is a link to a handy calculator....http://www.wheel-size.com/
