Would this be a genine MB panel ?

Asking this before i purchase . I have my thoughts about it ,but i need second opinions.

Looks a bit rough to me.

See at first i was told no star stamp visible . Then the next dat the boss came on to say he could see something like a Y .Now i can blow the picture up and i see nothing on the wing .
I am thinking its a Y stamp put on and made to look like the center of a merc star .
