In black and white I would have thought yes.

But would this void my x class warrunty if I were to have a stage 1 remap and dyno?

I'd say it very much depends on the wording of your warranty...

Almost guaranteed to void your warranty, especially if you made a claim on an engine problem.

Yes. You’re replacing the calibrated engine map. Voided totally.
