Look on www.opieoils.co.uk they have a search facility , use the Fuchs oils , you will need 1.1-1.3 L and a cheap eBay transfer pump for £7

Yes There is , but open the fill plug first just in case . It’s hard to get the oil in to the diff without some form of pump
