Xenons not self levelling

When mine come on automatically they don't always level up properly. Dealer can't sort it - any clues ? Thanks.

Assuming an 05 E55 - find another dealer!

There are level sensors on the suspension. Are these working properly/connected?

sorry guys - you're right it's an 05 E55 AMG. The lights level off sometimes, & not other times. If I turn the ignition off & back on again they work 2nd time around ! All help appreciated !!!!
