I didn't pursue it as although the woman was easy on the eye she wasn't MrsLK and I know when I'm onto a good thing.

Know that feeling. I mentioned that the Quality Manager at work is female. Instantly, how old is she? Slim? Attractive? How often do I speak to her? Does she have kids?

So, to allay herself’s fears, I told her that- of course- she was young, curvy, very pretty, unattached and not a mum; and I’m in frequent daily contact with her. Also, luckily we seem to get on like a house on fire.

You know, just so SWMBO knows that there’s nothing to worry about (but sometimes you’ve got to keep them on their toes!)

Yep LOL I tell the wife theres two girls in the Quarry office at work a couple of days a week ive started working in recently and they are around my age and both divorced, good looking, very chatty and we have great crack at tea breaks. some evenings I get a right grilling of what we chatted about. Theres an office all right but truth is its remotely managed for head office and I rarely see anyone in it but it does no harm to keep her thinking
