I quite like Vettel too. For a boxhead he is quite funny and charismatic at times. But it’s the times like this when he lets his ego get the better of him.

Something I feel Hamilton has learned to deal with better the last couple of years. He’ll still drive the wheels off the car given half a chance. But he’s learned when to take risk and when to control his ego.

Chuffed he now has a 28pt lead. But all it takes is a repeat of Malaysia last year and Vettel is right back on the charge.

Hopefully they need to change some parts soon, forcing a grid drop.

They will all get penalties at some point, next year is going to be worse with only 3 of each element allowed.

Agreed. His home Grand Prix was the beginning of the end for him.
He'll go the way of all average ex drivers. Back into obscurity.

I think the end for him was being replaced by Verstappen to be honest. He was never going to come back from that.

Grosjean just had a big crash after a drain cover was dislodged by Bottas and Grosjean hit it. Tore the tyre apart and launched him off the track.

I'm not sure. Gasly is replacing Sainz for next year and so Gasly will be paired up with Kvyat. Unless i've missed something?

Although, i can't see him getting a drive when they want to move him on...he's a bit like Palmer, just not cut out for F1

Yes Hamilton on pole, yesterday he was well off pace for him and opted to keep the previous aero package.

He always seems to be able to pull it off, love him or hate him he is an awesome driver.

There is an awful lot of psychology with Hamilton. Yesterday I heard his interview and how poor the car was, off the pace etc, the others will learn to read what he is saying.

Maybe sometimes, but the near 1 sec gap between him and Bottas shows he wasn't lying about the car being off the pace.
