Have to say the car just exudes quality - so many conversions you see look almost like kit cars, despite the obvious expense owners have gone to. A car to be proud of!
I did not understand that Malcolm, can you explain what you mean please.
Are you referring to the inner wheel arches?
If so, they are off at the moment as I'm cleaning, underseal in and painting all the bits under there as well as extending them to fit properly due to the wider wings.
Update. Lots of work done since my last post. Full engine service, oil, filters, plugs, rocker gaskets, ht leads, gearbox filter, oil and gasket, modified windscreen water bottle and sensor, new and refurbished under trays, inner wheel arches, and k&N air filters.
Sorted fuel cap as this was not closing properly, carbon wrapped front lip spoiler, cunnards and front grill. Also finished the red highlights on the front and rear.
Took a few photos today as I took her out for a little drive. Smiles all round and happy with the car. Now a good machine polish and wax next week and new windscreen the following week, as current one has a small chip and a few scratches, so it will be replaced.
Finally getting there.
