I’ve had a small can of @AJD ’s favourite fridge tipple . Nothing that can explain this huge departure from the norm

Has anybody used the collapsible crate thing that is in the boot of a modern day MB ? We have had occasion to use it several times and we actually find it pretty useful :)

I have a few of them. The bits for the caravan live in one that goes in the boot when using the caravan. My site gear ie hi viz goretex jacket and trousers, skid lid, safety glasses, boots go in another. Just filling another as a Xmas hamper for my mum. Very useful, good quality, often on a deal on MB dealers shop on the bay of dreams.

Proper remap. Running 238hp and 549nm over a wider range..

0-60 was 7.01 now 6.8
30-70mph was 6.48 now 5.7
This difference is massive when driving..

I have the pano roof and big amg seats so I'll NEVER get close to the 6.6s 0-60 merc claim for the c250d....i doubt anyone does

My research this morning has brought up a faulty secondary throttle body having a bad electrical connection on the 55. Hmmm, looks like a supercharger removal on the cards to look further into this dilemma

Todays first job was to scan the 55..........

I have no idea what these mean but could be related to the performance issue I have had with the car after the first 6 months of ownership. I have got used to it now but some days it can be very embarrassing trying to get away from a Fiat Panda
This is for the Throttle body that sits underneath the supercharger. It has a small loom extension that is glued into its connector, double check no wiring faults, frayed wiring etc. If not that, then its the flap itself :(

Well do I feel like a silly boy :(
Removed the inlet manifold and wiring only now to discover that I could have removed the frost plug by removing the starting motor
Now I have to buy new gaskets along with the frost plug

What's the hex in the right plug for? I remember my Father replacing some core plugs and being a good Engineer he turned up a stepped tool for knocking them in to depth. Much laughter from him on the first one as the tool was stuck in the core plug, not enough clearance to cater for the plug compressing!
