speaker grill

hi, can someone please send me instructions as to how to remove a CLC door card to replace the speaker grill which has been broken by the seat belt fitting. I can see this is a common problem for CLC’s and I would appreciate some help. My em is nikki2512@hotmail.co.uk. Thanks Nikki
