:D just thought a would let yez all know how am getting on with ma subframe.. Thats the sub frame off and free to roam the garden while I attack the rust on and around the mounts .In some bits its really bad and needs welding the rest needs a good rub down and treated with a thick coat of tiger seal then waxoil ...Do u know a better way to preserve the metal work ? Also merc wants £462 for all 10 arms (5 each side) on the sub frame and thats not including diff bushes...Anyone know a better place to try for parts ?......enjoy the pics....

the "bypass" was mental a was waiting on the back to the future car landing ..haha..av had the car for 8year and thats the first time its been in the drive . Can a renew the bushes in all the arms or do a need to get the whole arm...a know you get bushes for the control arm but what about the rest

i think it's all new arms ect then when done you will need four wheel alignment done as the rear is adjustable too so if you think you might do more work on the front it's best to do it all first to save a return trip

I am told that POR15 is the very best of all the rust converter paint products currently available, google it to see what others say.
