1990 260e will not start
Hi, Is there any one out there that could please give me some advise.
I have had this car for about 2 months running on lpg single injection. The car has been running smoothly,I am really please with the mileage i get running it on lpg.
The problem is that I ran out of gas also petrol as the fuel gauge dosn't work. I have put petrol in,but now i cannot get the car to start......I have found 1 vacum hose from the air filter but I do I cannot see were it goes to... would that stop the car starting ?? The car turns over but it will not fire up, the plugs do not seem to be flooded and there is petrol coming through the injectors but not much. I do have to change one of the ht leads over as i pulled one and pulled i out of its socket.I have tried to bog it just to see if i can get it started but it arc's over. Now I have no idea on what to look at next. So I would most greatfull if someone out there give some clues to what to do........... Looking forwards to hearing from you.
Many Thanks
