Gentlemen,

I've owned my se for a year now and I'd like to replace the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, etc.... The poly v-belt and fuel filter were recently replaced.

When I try to pull the plug wires they seem to be stuck...I mean, I've pulled on them and they won't budge. Is there a trick to this or do I just need to eat my wheaties and pull with both hands?

The car has 120K on the clock, wires look good, I just can't get them off. Any advice would be appreciate it. Thanks.

this should be the m103 engine- the plug wires are hard to pull off on these- there is a special tool (pliers with a cylinder-shaped end ) but you can use ordinary long-nosed pliers with care- wrap a rag or something around the ends so you don't damage the wire ends- they will come off with a good firm tug... :)

dont pull on the leads only pull on the caps!!!! if you pull the lead from the cap you need new ones. dont just push the leads back in or problems will arise.
