1994 300se running problem

I have a 1994 300se which has suddenly developed a problem, when you start the car in the morning no problems whithin about 5 minutes and you put load on the engine it feels like it is running out of fuel, then will cut out, but when you leave it for 15mins or so it will be ok for another 5 mins put it into gear it will start to die out, feels like running out of fuel!! any ideas would be apreciated thanks John

You will have to work out if it is fuel or electrics, this does sound like a EZL problem
