Visiting USA, driving on the right (or is it wrong) side of the road, the 300TE on loan from a cousin stalls in rush hour as I enter the I5 interstate south to San Diego! Luckily I find a spot to coast to a halt. I call my cuz up on the cell, and he tells me he just spent $500 having the problem fixed. NOT! Here are the symptoms:
The car stalls if: a) it has been standing for more than a few days; b) you're in very slow, stop-start traffic; and c) you're on a slight downhill.
Sounds a bit like a fuel thing. Any ideas :?:
