1994 E320 Seat belt buzzer, service manuals

I have a 1994 E320.

1) The temp seems to go up to 120C before it starts cooling. Is that normal?
2) The seat belt buzzer does not time out. How do I get that fixed?
3) Where can I purchase a serivce manual for the car? (not dealer type)
