Can anyone help me please. The multipoint electrical switch on the front of the gearbox is leaking and I am replacing it. Can anyone tell me the transmission fluid capacity of this gearbox cos I don't want to buy a dipstick from mercedes. Its an automatic by the way.

Many thanks

7.5 litres if ALL of the fluid is drained including the torque converter.

The level is VERY important to get absolutly spot on at atf temperature of 80degC.

The dipstickk is the only sure way of doing it

This is you chance to change all of the fluid including the torque converter.
