1998 (S) C240 SPORT - Value ?

Hi,

I have recently been offered one of these for sale and see massive fluctuations on price depending on where i look or what guide I look at. I've seen prices varying from £8500 -> £11500 (all on private sales!) :roll:

The car is metallic black with 44,000 miles with full dealer history, leather interior and is pretty much unmarked inside and out.

It is a UK car.

Can anyone give me a rough guide on what the car would be worth in a private sale in the current market place ?

Hi,

Sounds like should be near the lower marker for an S reg. See what Parkers.co.uk says. However i have found them not so accurate recently.

To compare, i am selling my year 2000 C220 CDI Elegance for 11995. Has 47K on clock with the full MB etc....

The S reg, C240 should obviously be a lot less at a couple of yrs older.
