2004 C240 Heater not working

Hello all,
Last month, I purchased my 16 year old an MB and she loves it. Well, a couple of days ago, she tells me the heater is not working. Can anyone tell me where to start troubleshooting? Thanks in advance for your help!

Do you mean the blower is not working or the blower works but you have no hot air coming through?
