2008 S204 C220, How Many Filters?

Need to get this car serviced, checking the records etc I see it's oil/filter time, air filter was done Jan 2019 and fuel filter May 2017 so as they're 4 year items (I don't do anywhere near enough mileage for that to apply) don't think they need doing, but also in the records is a combination filter MA212 830 03 18 last changed in March 2012!

Are there 4 filters on the car, if so what is the combination filter, where is it and what's the change frequency?

Thanks, I finally managed to find out that's what it is and that it should be changed on a normal B service, so every 2 years - which means it's been missed on a couple of MTA B services! Another reason not to use them again!

Emily bought a 61 plate Yaris from a main dealer about 18 months ago that was supposedly fully serviced etc
I serviced the car myself last week, the pollen filter looked like it'd been kicked the length of the M6 ... I wouldn't be surprised if it'd never ever been changed (despite it taking less than a minute to change)

Friend had a BMW 330d from new and at 80k miles he took it in because the air conditioning didn't work very well. It had been main dealer serviced all its life and when the (different) garage called him to collect it they showed him the pollen filter. It was blocked solid, yet each service on the invoice was a charge for a new one.
It never went back to the dealer.

Thanks guys, I'll try a look under the glove box to see if it's easily accessible, if it is I'll pull it out of interest. Important to me as I've had bad hay fever since the age of 12 (middle of the last century!!), and somehow wife has started suffering just this year (about the time we had to start the 3 year driving licence renewals!!).
