210 Exhaust

I phoned around to find prices for a rear box for a 320 cdi and the only one I could find was the merc dealer at £251.97 + vat, 2 years warranty but if I fit it myself they are not sure if it would still be covered. I tried all the usual suspects like Kwik-fit, Partco, National tyres etc but nobody seems to list it. Anybody out there got any ideas. AA

Has the rear box actually gone or is it the hanger? The hanger can be repaired for £20 or so by a decent welder.

I have a 1998 E300DT Estate. I have had a complete exhsust fitted by my local ATS (Cambridge, Histon Rd. Branch) for around £450. They said it was an origional from merc. They had a few problems with the join on the turbo but it is OK now. Hope this helps.
