Hi all,
This is my Dads 250 SE he has just finished restoring it and is having trouble getting the engine to tick over when hot.
Here is his description of what the engine is doing.
Mercedes 250 SE 1968 2500 cc Straight Six Bosch mechanical fuel injection.
Needs a lot of turning over to start
Then runs on cold start at high revs seems to fire on 5 cylinders
On warming up and cold start shuts off revs drop and stalls all 6 firing
To keep it running tick over speed increased to well above normal.
If anyone needs any more info just let me know.
