30% Off Mb Stealer Prices For Parts??

I keep reading everywhere about 30% off on MB stealer prices for car parts when the vehicle is over 3 years old. Is this the case everytime? Can someone explain? Thanks??

I think that you can get 20% off parts for cars over 3 years of age at dealers owned by DaimlerChrysler.

Firstly, I may have been mistaken in my previous post. I think that it is a 10% discount on parts and a 10% or 20% discount from labour.

To answer your question, DaimlerChrysler UK groups dealerships into Market Areas and awards franchises for the Market Area as a whole rather then for inidivual dealerships. DCUK owns the market areas in London, Manchester and Birmingham. The Manchester and Birmingham market areas include surrounding towns (Macclesfield, Stockport, Solihull etc).

I get 40% discount on labour and 10% on parts from my dealer as my car is more than 6 years old. It has a fsh from the dealer and I suspect that this might be a condition of one or both of the discounts. Believe there are lower discounts for less old cars but don't know what they are.
