79 450 sl exhaust manifold

I have a regular hiss sound which SEEMS to be coming from the manifold at one of the ports (near side no 1)every second or so ,in timing with the engine.My initial thought,is that it needs a new exhaust manifold gasket.Would i be right in my thinking.Any ideas of cost for total job would also be appreciated.
