92 400se with flaring transmission

Hello everyone, I need some help. I have a 92 400se and recently my transmission is shifting really weird. It holds the gear to 4500 rpm when I take off. Then if I give it gas at the wrong time it revs really high until I remove my foot from the gas. Anyone know anything about this?
